The concept for Crêpes à Latte was born in 2001 when founder,
Michael Rosenstein went to Paris on a whim for the weekend.
He found culture, beauty, and of course, his first hand-held
crêpe. It was apricot… and he did not share it.
Upon his return, he resigned from his restaurant management
career to launch a specialty, themed catering service inspired by
that Parisian experience. Along the way, Michael met who would
become his business partner and wife, Hailey Rosenstein. On their
first date, they swapped stories over a peanut butter dome… and they just knew it was love at first bite!
With a background in advertising, convention marketing and event planning, Hailey’s expertise quickly became an integral part of the catering company. And soon they were dreaming up an indoor Parisian al fresco dining concept with a tasty menu and equally flavorful ambiance.
The flagship storefront opened its doors in April of 2010. Crêpes à Latte the café continues to grow and provide its customers with a unique dining experience, innovative flavors, and paramount customer service.
